Presumably the first German issue with this cover. It is different from subsequent issues on both Nova and Decca in the following respects:
- the outer of the gatefold sleeve is laminated (inside identical to IdbD Ref#10209); - there is no "2 LPs" print on the cover front; - the cover back still lists the old Deram catalogue number above the new number; - there is no label code on cover and labels, that is no "LC 3311" (for Nova) or "LC 0171" (for Decca).
