The sleeve is identical to the UK sleeve apart from the catalogue number on the back, IdbD Ref#6936. The labels don't have the "SIAE" stamp associated with records distributed and sold in Italy.

The sleeve is the same as IdbD Ref#10260, but the background colour is blue instead of green.

Although the "SiAE" label stamp confirms that this album couldn't have been distributed before Autumn 1978, the label design may be older.
