The edition is also know as the 'dress cover' or 'drag cover'. It was previously issued (in November 1970) in the US with the 'cartoon cover' (or 'cowboy cover') and later in 1971 in Germany with the 'round cover'. In November 1972, it was reissued on RCA with still another sleeve ('Ziggy cover' or 'high kick cover').
