This Italian counterfeit is much less well done than the Japanese counterfeit.

The front cover shows very clear vertical lines that aren't on the original, and the clock on the right-hand side is almost completely missing. The labels aren't even close to the original.

A variation of the Italian counterfeit, creating the impression of a white label promo. Unlike all other copies I've seen, this one has a Mercury logo on the labels.

Another noteworthy difference is that the cover front is minimally less cropped than that of the "standard issue" of this counterfeit: Bowie's foot comes very close to the right-hand margin, but is complete.
