Original issue, two-sided lyric insert. Has the words "Dave's R.C.A." inscribed in the deadwax area.
The UK also received a unique Italian pressing in a similar UK sleeve, IdbD Ref#7586. Both the UK and Italian vinyl versions were available on the day the album was released in the UK.

An alternative first issue with Italian vinyl and a UK sleeve, not distributed in Italy. Apart from the colour, the label is almost identical to the UK vinyl version, IdbD Ref#6836. A manufacturing notice has been added to the back of the UK sleeve, 'Record Manufactured in Italy. Sleeve printed in England'. Both the UK and Italian vinyl versions were available on the day the album was released in the UK.
Also distributed in a gloss, non lamintated, sleeve. The artwork is identical to the laminated version.
