Does anyone know what happened to the 'Laughing Gnome' promo(?) video that featured a 1960's looking DB and the gnomes? I think it was shown on TOTP's on the re-release of the single in 1973? Who shot it? Deram? Director?

I’m really not sure, but I may have seen it on TV in the late 80s or early 90s. My memory of it is too vivid for an early 70s broadcast.
