This "wingback" with glue-flaps is the first edition. The cover is flimsy, with a laminated front. The back cover is black and white, with a thick white border and country specific info in the footer. Both this issue and IdbD Ref#6986 came with an inlay.

There are eight back cover variations, differing mainly in the footer. See IdbD Ref#26643 for an overview.

Unlike the previous releases, this edition has a sturdy card sleeve. Back cover variation with more contrast and a different footer. Different labels compared to earlier editions. Side A has a slightly different moulding compared to the other editions with the RCA logo printed at the top.
