The label design and especially the presence of a barcode on the cover back suggest that this German issue can't have been released before 1983. If we assume that there was any logical system in RCA's numbering at the time, it must be from 1984: the German version of Portrait of a Star (IdbD Ref#18744) has the lower catalogue number PL 89078.
