I noticed in the recent 'Record Collector - Starman: 1947-1980' (Fascinating article Maartan) amongst the 'Irish Release' section they have noted an Irish release of 'The Prettiest Star' (Mercury EMF 1135) As far as I can see this isn't mention in https://www.bowie-singles.com/Early/The_Prettiest_Star.html

The main difference between this and the UK release seems to be the Matrix, the Irish release gaining an 'E' (Edit - and the Wording 'Made In Ireland' )

Could anyone shed any light or even own a copy?

I first became aware of this when Marshall Jarman included it on page 38 of his excellent book World 7" records discography 1964-1981 published in 1994.
According to Discogs 5 people have it but the majority of owners would not bother to register their ownership there. At least one person who has posted on this forum owns it
Chas's web site is a phenomenal resource but there are omissions in respect of releases and variants. Like many others I hope he chooses to update it at some point.
