It does indeed seem to be rare - first one I've ever seen. Not surprised really that it exists, since Australia and NZ RCA joined together in 1976 and generally shared releases.
On Chas's site ( link at top - Ruud's post) the two images on Be My WIfe illustrate very clearly the difference in label designs between Aus and NZ presses, despite the NZ pressed disc having wording that makes it unclear as to the actual country of manufacture.
