Rather than copying the US 7" single artwork, the sleeve has been adapted from the Ashes To Ashes cover; in fact, that title is still clearly visible on the front. As a bonus, this 12" offers all 36 Bowie-designed stamps that came with the four variations of the UK 7" Ashes To Ashes single.
