Does anyone have any news on this? When can we expect delivery?
I have sent some questions earlier this summer through the Indiegogo-system but have not received any relevant answers.

They are just about ready for printing, I think the proofs have returned from the printers and I think are being looked at and if all okay the presses will start running.

Reto who is the project manager as well as Marshal Jarman. Also Maarten can possibly also confirm this as well.

Just a late update for this, Reto went missing in action for a while (Government project work I think) well he is now back on board with the project and it looks like the books are starting to be printed. (end Oct 17) I got an email
JOHN, I'M ONLY WAITING (AGAIN) - book update
Dear all,
First of all sorry for my prolonged silence, I had to step out for a few weeks, mostly for urgent business matters and traveling.
Where Are We Now? Delayed beyond expectations...
All took far more time than expected, mainly because we received an incredible number of messages and wanted to make sure that everything is really excellent.
We had tested everything, received beautiful proofs and all looked perfect.
We sent the master pdf file (prepared by a professional designer) as for the proofs (5 gigabytes), and when printer tested, something suddenly was wrong. No idea why, maybe they changed some equipment...
So they asked for the master InDesign file with all pictures in high definition. We did (50 gigabytes), and they had to find some plugins to open it.
Then, they had to convert all the 1,000 pictures, which had to be done manually to preserve original colors. It took them 2 weeks and cost us 500$ more...
The fantastic printing coordinator also left for a maternity leave, but all seems fine with my new contact.
But for the best: I received new proofs yesterday (see attachement), and they look gorgeous. Plus it allowed me to add three last minute missing items.
So printing can now start, finally
Don't ask me for any timing, Marshall and myself certainly are the most eager to have the book in hands!
Sorry again for my lack of communication.
Kind regards,
Reto

The book finally arrived this Spring, even though my copy was a bit damaged due to insufficient packaging. Anyone else that had the same experience?
The Deluxe Package should also include a unique deluxe box designed to store 7" records plus some Instant Moonlight products. Has anyone received these items yet?
I have not and have also not received any answers to e-mails submitted asking about this.
