I recall a French book a few years back which i believe was a limited edition of black/white photo's with Frenach text possibly STS era pictures. It was on my wish list but i couldnt get it and have not seen nor heard of it since. I cant remember anything else but i do recall it being highly desireable. Does anyone know any more on this?

I think you mean Passenger, which is a 2004 book by Philippe Auliac
Quote:
“An in-depth pictorial catalogue of The Thin White Duke, the middle-European and German Expressionist inspired diaphanous and monochromatic aristocrat created by David Bowie in the mid-1970′s. An unedited photo-gallery by the outstanding photographer who, better than anyone else, has captured the essence of the character’s artistic image.”

The pictures are nice - but a lot of them I'd seen before, and the aspect ratio is kinda weird. The text is in both English and French, so that takes up relatively much space as well. It's still a very nice book, so definately worth it if you can find it for a reasonable price.
