This release was advertised as a "Japan Exclusive" and was exclusively for sale at the David Bowie Is exhibition in Tokyo from 8th January to 9th April 2017. Unlike the EU-made exhibition exclusive 7" picture disc, this record is made in Japan. On 12th May it was made available via the Sony Music Shop for a limited time.
Vinyl is housed in the same PVC inner sleeve as the Blackstar album and white vinyl No Plan EP. Front cover has the BOWIE "star logo" in spot varnish. Back cover has spot varnish titles and info as per the Blackstar album. Behind the vinyl are two inserts, one a large fold-out poster, the other a 12 x 12 two-sided lyric/liner note sheet. once the vinyl and inserts are removed the inside of the die-cut sleeve reveals an infinity symbol. The record plays at 45rpm.
