This cannot be an official release in our terms but possibly it was legal in Russia in those days? Contrary to the information on the sleeve and label, Betty Wrong opens side B and (thank goodness) Stateside is missing altogether. The Hammerhead excerpt closing the album has been omitted as well.
suggests it's a legitimate record label and it's releases are licensed and official.
