The official david bowie is Italian fb page, you can see images of the exibition under construction
I can confirm that a blue vinyl 7" "Ragazzo solo, ragazza sola/London bye ta-ta" and the red vinyl "iSelect" are available in the museum store in Bologna.
I was by last Thursday, there was still plenty of the Iselect and Ragazo Solo, they are 40€ and 20€ There was not a lot of visitors, so plenty of space to enjoy the exhibition.

I believe "London bye ta-ta"(mono) not officially on vinyl since original Ryko Sound and Vision Box set. Still not on any other official CD (non Ryko) and wonder if they have yet again remastered?
it has been remastered. IMO it sounds better than the Ryko. not a hi-fidelity recording but the new master is less abrasive.
