The very first David Bowie compilation album, premiering 'Karma Man', 'Let Me Sleep Beside You' and 'In The Heat Of The Morning', the first two in faux stereo. 'Love You Till Tuesday' and 'Rubber Band' are the album versions. Side 2 label typo 'Rubber Man'. This stereo version is much more common than the mono edition.
There are many stereo label variations (see below), differing in a) if the mono information below DECCA is boxed or not, b) if the BIEM/NCB/GEMA copyright info is boxed or not, c) the position of STEREO above or below the spindle hole, d) the position of the dates and e) 'Rubber Man' vs corrected 'Rubber Band'.

Decca capitalized on Bowie's success by reissuing the stereo edition with an updated cover photo. The hole in the back (indicating stereo/mono) on my copy is taped off, but other copies have no hole at all (thanks simong for the scan). The labels are identical to the original stereo edition IdbD Ref#7093. The first of an endless number of reissues of this material.

This is a mono fold of the stereo mixes, meaning Uncle Arthur has handclaps, and the electronically processed stereo tracks have been bounced back to mono, resulting in a very muddy sound on those particular tracks. Sleeve identical to IdbD Ref#7093.

Another version of this album. Identical to the other 1973 issues (IdbD Ref#7095) with the exception of the label design. There is also a side 2 typo 'Rubber Man'. Can anyone confirm if this pressing was made for export?
